year limited warranty for chain link fabric, pipeframe-work and metal base cedar posts.
year limited warranty for pressure treated posts and framework.
Valley Fence warrants to the original purchaser only and not to any other subsequent owner, that its fence products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year after installation.
Additionally, Valley Fence warrants that its chain link fabric, pipe framework, and metal-based cedar posts shall be free from flaking, peeling or rust for a period of fifteen years after installation.
Damage from abnormal or improper use, accident, alteration, neglect, abuse, fire, flood, or act of God is not covered by this limited warranty.
This limited warranty is in lieu of other warranties, express or implied, including the warranty of merchantability.
Valley Fence’s obligation shall be limited to repairing or replacing the original defective workmanship or parts upon notice from you. Valley Fence shall not be liable for any consequential special or incidental damages arising out of or connected with the installation and use of these products, or for any breach of warranty.
